John's practice also covers all aspects of the criminal process. In addition, he has substantial experience and success in the criminal appeals and post conviction arena. John was first admitted to practice law in the State of Hawaii in 1991 where he acted as a Court appointed defense counsel and was approved to handle all classes of felonies and appeals. He later became licensed to practice law in Nevada and has been working as a criminal defense lawyer in Las Vegas since 1997. He has handled cases before the Hawaii and Nevada Supreme Courts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. John received a B.A. from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 1988, and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from West Virginia University, College of Law in 1991. He also is a personal injury lawyer in Las Vegas and can help if you have been injured as a result of negligence on the part of someone else.
